Why do you think integrating a trauma of money-aware approach into your offering or industry is important?

Money conversations don't come easy to first-gen Latinas. So many cultural experiences and expectations have shaped how we feel and think about money. These beliefs have kept us overworking and underearning for so long. Having the money of trauma tools has been a game-changer because my clients and myself see there's a way to heal our money traumas and see ourselves as people who can build generational wealth. Having access to talk about money from a holistic approach is pivotal to our community because we shared similar experiences that are not talked about in most financial books.
